The Dr. William Montague Cobb Foundation is committed to advancing educational opportunity and community empowerment. Guided by the legacy of Dr. Cobb, the Foundation focuses on three strategic pillars: Mentorship, STEM engagement, and Scholarship. Through structured mentoring programs, hands-on STEM initiatives, and financial support for higher education, the Foundation equips students with the tools to succeed academically, grow personally, and lead within their communities.
Mentorship
Mentorship is a cornerstone of our mission and a key driver of our strategic impact. Through our continued support of the DC Rhinos Program, we empower young men with structured mentorship, academic guidance, and essential life skills.

We stand as a powerful force and trusted partner within the local community of the District of Columbia. Through collaborative efforts, we support impactful initiatives such as the DC Rhinos Mentoring Program.
Scholarship
Our goal is to provide meaningful scholarship awards to deserving graduating seniors and medical students who demonstrate academic excellence and leadership potential across the country, where they continue to thrive and make a lasting impact.
